All stock that we supply is of the highest quality and health at the point of sale. We are so confident in our planting technique and quality of stock that we offer a 1 year Full Establishment on all stock that we plant, on the condition that the basic aftercare has been adhered to. For example ensuring that the tree has sufficient water.
It is critical during this establishment phase that the tree is provided with enough water. For this reason we plant all our trees and hedging with perforated irrigation pipe for deep watering. On larger schemes we can install fully automated irrigation systems for peace of mind.
Our horticultural advisors are happy to provide any information or advice on the aftercare of your new plants and do not hesitate to contact us if they appear to be under stress.
“Instant Hedges will replace any failed stock with the same size and species planted within a 1 year period from the date of planting, subject to the following conditions”
Establishment Guarantee conditions;
1. The guarantee only applies to stock that has been supplied and planted by Instant Hedges, unless previously agreed, up to the value of the original tree supplied.(or up to the original costs incurred by the client?)
2. The ‘establishment period’ refers to a period of 1 year from the date of planting.
3. The client must ensure that the tree is provided with sufficient water during this critical ’establishment period’.
4. The guarantee does not apply under the following conditions;
a) failure as a result of malicious damage and/or vandalism
b) the client has selected a species that Instant Hedges state is unsuitable for the soil conditions and environment in which the tree is to be planted.
c) any act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence.
