Sales Person – Aylesbury, Bucks
We are suppliers of mature / semi mature trees, instant hedging and shrubs to the trade and public. The business has grown considerably in recent years and we have built up a high reputation for the quality of our stock and second to none service.
We are looking for an individual who has worked within a retail, or nursery sales environment. Perhaps you have a garden design background, thus enabling full understanding of our clients requirements.
Key requirements:
- proven sales experience within our field and have reasonable plant knowledge
- must be enthusiastic, self motivated and driven to succeed
- able to develop new business, including cold calling to develop in-house database
- have excellent customer skills and telephone manner
- good administrative and computer skills
- be a good team player
The role will be to take initial sales enquiries from customers, provide written quotations, follow up for sale / feedback, process customer orders, and schedule deliveries.
Reporting to the Managing Director on a weekly basis. References required. Salary negotiable.

Nursery Assistant / Tree Planter – Aylesbury, Bucks
We are suppliers of mature / semi mature trees, instant hedging and shrubs to the trade and public. The business has grown considerably in recent years and we have built up a high reputation for the quality of our stock and second to none service.
We are looking for an individual who has worked within a retail, or nursery environment that can fit into a growing team, from tending the trees, shrubs & hedging in the nursery to planting onsite at customer locations around the UK.
Key requirements:
- Preferably with a number of years experience in tree planting
- Good horticultural knowledge is required along with practicality
- Spray certificates desirable
- Monitoring for pests and diseases
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Able to develop good working relationship with colleagues & customers
- Have good team leadership and man management skills
References required. Salary negotiable based on experience
