Nursery Assistant / Tree Planter – Aylesbury, Bucks

We are suppliers of mature / semi mature trees, instant hedging and shrubs to the trade and public. The business has grown considerably in recent years and we have built up a high reputation for the quality of our stock and second to none service.

We are looking for an individual who has worked within a retail, or nursery environment that can fit into a growing team, from tending the trees, shrubs & hedging in the nursery to planting onsite at customer locations around the UK.

Key requirements:

• Preferably with a number of years experience in tree planting
• Good horticultural knowledge is required along with practicality
• Spray certificates desirable
• Monitoring for pests and diseases
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Able to develop good working relationship with colleagues & customers
• Have good team leadership and man management skills

References required. Salary negotiable based on experience
